Swiki, Inc. (the "Company," "we" or "us") operates the downloadable browser add-on "Swiki" (the "App"), which allows you to enhance your web searches. The App, and any other applications, products, services, features, content, promotions or games offered from time to time by the Company at www.Swiki.com (the "Site") or otherwise in connection with its business shall be referred to herein as the "Services". The Company is based in the United States and the Services are hosted in the United States.
As set forth in the Company's Terms of Service currently available at http://www.swiki.com/terms, the Services are general audience, are not targeted to children, and do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under 18 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal information from minors under age 18, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from a minor under age 18, please contact us through our support page http://www.swiki.com/contact.
Submission and Collection of Information
Transactional and Site Activity Information. When users access the Services, we collect certain non-personally identifiable information about those visits for marketing purposes. For example, in order to permit your connection to the Services, our servers receive and record information about your computer, operating system and browser, including your IP address, browser type, and other software or hardware information. If you access the Services from a mobile or other device, we may collect a unique device identifier assigned to that device or other transactional information for that device in order to serve content to it.

Swiki may collect Pseudonymous information such as search terms and sites visited via Referrer for the purposes of Ad Targeting and/or Market Research. The transfer of any Pseudonymous information will only occur while Users are generally online after the Swiki product is installed and enabled. Swiki will not share any Pseudonymous information with third parties.

We may provide your personal information to companies that provide services to help us with our business activities. These companies are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us.
To provide the Services to you, to measure and improve the Services, to keep the Services ad supported and free of charge to you, to personalize your experience by delivering relevant content, advertising and marketing messages, and to provide you with customer support and respond to any inquiries. To complete a merger or sale of assets. If the Company sells all or part of its business or makes a sale or transfer of assets or is otherwise involved in a merger or transfer of all or a martial party of its business, the Company may transfer you information to the party or parties involved in the transaction as park of that transaction.

Clear Gifs (Web Beacons/Web Bugs)
Our third party advertising partner employs a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web Bugs), that help us better manage content on our site by informing us what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of Web users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user's computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on Web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. We do not tie the information gathered by clear gifs to our customers' personally identifiable information.
If your personal information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct your personal information via you Update Profile page, or update, amend, delete/remove by emailing out Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org or by contacting us by telephone or postal mail at the contact information listed below.
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services contact us at swiki.com. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

The Company uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to safeguard user information in its possession against loss, theft and unauthorized use, disclosure or modification. Unfortunately, no transmission of data over the Internet can ever be guaranteed to be completely secure. It may be possible for third parties not under our control to intercept or access transmissions or private communications unlawfully. While we strive to protect your personal information, the Company cannot ensure or warrant the security of any personal information you transmit to us. Any such transmission is done at your own risk. If you believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please notify us of the problem by emailing privacy@Swiki.com.
You may uninstall software related to the Services at any time by following the instructions provided in the Company's Terms of Service currently available at http://www.Swiki.com/Terms. Note that after you uninstall the software, certain files and tracking assets related to both Swiki and CrossRider (if installed on Internet Explorer) may remain on your system. These remnant files are a record of your previous download of the Company's software, and are not executable programs. These files help the Company to prevent fraud on the Services and to better service you if you choose to download the software again. We will not use the files to track you or otherwise collect or store information about you. Remember that even after you uninstall software or cancel your account, copies of some information that is publicly viewable may remain viewable in circumstances where, for example, you have commented on content on the Services or if another person copied, stored or shared your information. We may also retain backup information related to your account on our servers for some time after cancellation for fraud detection or to comply with applicable law or our internal security policies.
